2016 Cynthia & Zadok released "The Son & I"…

"The Son & I" was a collaboration between Cynthia and her oldest son Zadok Hamar. Produced by Tim LaRiviere and released in 2016. The album made it to #1 on the Indigenous Music Countdown for multiple weeks and recieved some sync placements via Tinderbox. Zadok and Cynthia played various festivals and toured Canada using the Via Rail “ Artists on Board Program throughout 2016-2018.

Hamar Hill is Zadok Hamar's stage name and gives nod to the family farm situated on a hill locals refer to as, "Hamar Hill"
